Job summary

Godrej Properties is seeking a skilled civil engineer with strong billing and quantity surveying expertise to lead financial aspects of real estate construction projects.

The role requires 4–7 years of experience in RA/final bills, BOQ preparation, MS Excel proficiency, and knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, with exposure to high-rise or mixed-use developments and regulatory taxation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying in real estate or construction.
• Experience in RA bills, final bills, BOQ preparation and material reconciliation.
• Exposure to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Knowledge of statutory aspects such as TDS, labor, and contract taxation.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, ERP/billing software (SAP desirable), and familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Strong coordination and communication with various departments; ability to manage deadlines.
