Job summary

Eden Realty Ventures in Kolkata seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to manage BOQ and BOM from drawings, prepare contractor bills and perform reconciliation analysis. The role requires hands-on experience with residential or commercial projects.

You will work with ERP systems and Auto CAD 2D for quantity take-offs, ensure GST/TDS compliance, and keep clients updated on outstanding debts and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years total experience with at least 3 years in real estate client/contractor billing (residential/commercial).
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Be well versed in quantity surveying and estimation from drawings for BOQ and BOM.
• Prepare and check contractor bills with reconciliation analysis.
• Have in-depth knowledge of ERP operation and quantity take-off from AutoCAD 2D.
• Preferred: involvement in at least one full residential project lifecycle.
• Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory compliance during billing.
• Inform clients about outstanding debts and deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Well versed in Quantity Surveying & Estimation of BOQ and BOM from drawing.
• 2. Contractor Bill preparation, checking along with reconciliation statement analysis.
• 3. In-depth knowledge of Engineering ERP operation & quantity take-off from Auto CAD 2D.
• 4. Candidate is preferred to have completed at least 1 residential project throughout its entire life-cycle.
• 5. Ensure statutory compliance required during processing the bills like GST, TDS etc.
• 6. Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1.Should have an overall experience of 5-8 years including at least 3 years in Real Estate Client/Contractor Billing (RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL BUILDING PROJECTS).
• 2. Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
