Job summary

Ofb Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Commercial Operations Executive in India’s FMCG sector. The role focuses on sales invoicing, ERP data entry, and E-way bill generation to ensure timely dispatches.

You will also develop commercial MIS reports, analyze product margins, and maintain accurate records using advanced Excel and Google Sheets. Strong analytical skills and ERP expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables; Power Query is a plus).
• ERP system experience is essential for accurate data entry and invoice processing.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Commercial Operations Executive to manage sales billing, purchase entries, E-way bill generation, and commercial MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, ERP expertise, and experience in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Purchases: Prepare and process accurate sales invoices, enter purchase data into the ERP system, and ensure correct HSN/SAC codes and tax details.
• E-Way Bills: Generate and manage E-way bills via the portal to support dispatch timelines.
• MIS & Analytics: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly commercial MIS reports; track KPIs; and analyze product margins.
• Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query/Pivot) and Google Sheets to maintain organized, accurate commercial records.
• Process Alignment: Ensure complete documentation, data accuracy, and timely reporting across departments.
