Job summary

VC ERP Consulting in Ahmedabad, Gujarat is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to manage day-to-day operations, order processing, billing coordination, client follow-ups and sales reporting.

This role requires coordinating with Sales, Finance and Delivery teams to ensure accurate PO/invoice processing and timely MIS dashboards for management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Coordination / Order Management.
• Strong knowledge of PO, Sales Order, Invoicing, Billing & Collections processes.
• Proficient Excel/MIS and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations from PO/order confirmation to billing and collection.
• Handle Sales Orders, POs, quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
• Verify PO details, pricing, taxes, payment terms, and billing milestones.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and clients for smooth order execution.
• Coordinate for invoice generation, submission, and billing follow-ups.
• Follow up with clients for pending payments, invoice acceptance, and approvals.
• Maintain sales, order, billing, and receivables trackers.
• Prepare Sales MIS, reports, and dashboards for management.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in ERP/internal systems.
