Job summary

Barbrik Project in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, seeks an experienced Billing Engineer Civil to manage civil construction billing for large government building projects. You will prepare BOQ, undertake measurement & rate analysis, coordinate with clients and site teams, and ensure compliance with CPWD/PWD specs.

Ideal candidates have 5–12 years in civil billing, proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, and a track record in government projects or large institutional buildings.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in Civil Construction Billing.
• Experience in Government Building Projects preferred.
• Experience in Hospital, Hostel, Institutional Building, Medical College, or similar projects preferred.
• Expertise in Client Billing, RA Bills, BOQ, Quantity Take-off, Measurement & Rate Analysis.
• Knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications, billing procedures, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams for billing and certification.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
