Job Opening for Billing Engineer / Manager.

Job Location : Ahmedabad / Mundra / Jamnagar or Pan India

1. Client Billing

• Prepare and submit RA Bills / Running Account Bills as per client requirements and contract conditions.
• Prepare detailed measurement sheets, abstracts, and supporting documents for billing.
• Coordinate with the Site Execution and QS teams for verification of actual work quantities.
• Prepare BOQ reconciliation, quantity variation statements, and extra-item claims.
• Track bill submission, certification, and payment status.
• Ensure billing is prepared accurately and submitted within the scheduled timeline.
• Maintain proper records of approved drawings, measurements, work orders, and billing documents.

2. Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)

• Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for RCC works.
• Calculate reinforcement quantities based on structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with the Structural and Execution teams for reinforcement requirements.
• Verify bar sizes, cutting lengths, shapes, lap lengths, development lengths, and wastage.
• Prepare steel reconciliation statements and monitor reinforcement consumption.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings, BBS, and actual site requirements.

3. Sub-Contractor Billing

• Prepare and verify Sub-Contractor RA Bills based on actual site measurements and work completed.
• Check measurements jointly with the Sub-Contractor and Site Engineer.
• Verify bills against BOQ, Work Order, Agreement, and approved rates.
• Check deductions such as retention, advance recovery, material recovery, penalties, and other applicable deductions.
• Prepare sub-contractor reconciliation statements and track pending bills.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Commercial, and Project teams for bill certification and payment processing.
