Job summary

Arto Precast in Bengaluru is seeking a billing engineer to handle client and subcontractor bills, measurements, and tabulation. You will verify quantities from drawings and BOQ, maintain rate analyses, and coordinate billing with site and accounts teams.

The role requires proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, a solid understanding of BOQ, measurements, rates, and contracts, and strong analytical and documentation skills. This position is based on-site in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client RA bills, subcontractor bills and measurement sheets.
• Verify quantities as per drawings, BOQ, work orders and site measurements.
• Prepare and maintain MB, BOQ, rate analysis and billing records.
• Coordinate with Site, Planning, QA/QC and Accounts teams for billing requirements.
• Track work progress, quantities executed and pending work.
• Check material reconciliation and support cost control.
• Prepare variation, extra-item and deduction statements.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and billing records.

Required Skills
