Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of core billing/quantity surveying experience in Real Estate/Developer companies.
• Experience with high-rise residential/commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, BOQ, RA Bills, Rate Analysis & Cost Control.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/construction software).
• Knowledge of contract administration, FIDIC/equivalent, and Indian standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
