Qualifikationen

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil billing and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, RA bills, measurement books, rate analysis, and cost control.
• Experience with hospitality, commercial, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and verify RA bills, running bills, and final bills for civil works.
• Perform quantity take-offs and verify site measurements against approved drawings and BOQs.
• Prepare and maintain measurement books, measurement sheets, and billing records.
• Verify contractor and subcontractor bills for executed civil works.
• Prepare rate analysis, reconciliation statements, and variation claims.
• Monitor quantities and costs against approved project budgets.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.
