Job summary

Luxeverve Design International in India invites a Billing & Tendering Engineer to join our project teams. You will study architectural, interior and civil drawings, prepare take-offs and BOQs, and manage client and contractor billing.

You will perform rate analysis, estimation, costing, budget prep for interior and civil works, verify quantities from drawings and site measurements, and handle tendering with documentation and submissions. MS Excel and AutoCAD are used daily.

Qualifications

• Study architectural, interior, and civil drawings; prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Handle measurement, client billing, contractor billing, RA bills, and final bills.
• Perform rate analysis, estimation, costing, and budget preparation for interior and civil works.

Responsibilities

• Freeze and verify quantities based on drawings, site measurements, and actual execution.
• Handle tendering, including tender documentation, BOQ analysis, quotation preparation, and technical/commercial submissions.
• Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Monitor project costs, material reconciliation, variations, extra items, and cost control.
• Coordinate with site, design, project, and purchase teams; maintain billing and tender records using MS Excel and AutoCAD.
