Job summary

Habrick Construction is seeking a Billing Engineer in Navi Mumbai to manage client billing from site and office, ensuring alignment with contract terms and project progress. You will handle RA and final bills, prepare BBS, and coordinate with planning and site teams for accurate measurements.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in contracting, with BE/BTech or MTech in Civil Engineering, and a proactive approach to resolving billing queries and maintaining records, in a high-rise/commercial project

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and submitting client bills as per work progress and contract terms.
• Reconciliation of material consumption, sub-contractor bills, and client accounts.
• Proficiency in preparing/validating Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and quantity take-offs from drawings/BOQs.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Client Billing and RA Billing.
• Experience in Reconciliation of quantities and materials.
• Proficiency in preparing and checking Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Good understanding of BOQ, quantity estimation, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects, preferably with a contracting firm.

• Experience: 5 to 10 Years
• Industry Experience: Experience in a Contracting Firm is Mandatory
• Project Experience: High-Rise Residential and Commercial Building Projects preferred
• Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate
