Job summary

Capacite is seeking a Client Billing Engineer to handle billing for high-rise and large EPC projects in Mumbai. The role requires preparing client, RA, and final bills, BOQ measurements, rate analysis, and coordinated billing with project teams.

The candidate should have 4–8 years in client billing/QS with strong BOQ, measurements, and contract knowledge. Will work onsite in Mumbai with project locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in client billing / QS for high-rise, super high-rise, or large EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, contracts, and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client bills, RA bills, and final bills per contract requirements.
• Prepare BOQ measurements, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and billing statements.
• Coordinate with the Project, Planning, QS, and Execution teams for accurate measurement and billing.
• Verify work executed at site and ensure measurements are recorded and certified.
• Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, deviation statements, and reconciliation.
• Review contract conditions, BOQ, specifications, and applicable billing clauses.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants for bill certification, approvals, and resolution of billing queries.
• Track certified bills, outstanding payments, retention, advances, and recoveries.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to client billing and contractual claims.
