Job summary

Avant Group in Jogeshwari (Mumbai) is seeking a Site Billing Engineer to manage RA bills and subcontractor bills, verify and certify quantities, and maintain billing records as part of site execution.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in site execution and billing within construction projects, with strong MS Excel skills and a firm grasp of billing procedures. You will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and accounts to ensure timely billing and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• RA billing and subcontractor billing knowledge required.
• 4–6 years of experience in site execution and site billing.
• Proficient in MS Excel and billing documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Checking, verification, certification, and approval processing of RA Bills and subcontractor bills.
• Monthly tracking of all project bills and maintaining proper billing records and documentation.
• Preparing and providing billing details, reports, and other required information to management.
• Coordinating with site execution teams, subcontractors, and accounts departments for smooth billing operations.
• Ensuring recovery and debit notes against rework, defective, or faulty work executed by subcontractors/vendors.
• Monitoring billing status and ensuring timely submission and clearance of bills.
• Maintaining proper documentation related to measurements, work orders, invoices, and billing approvals.
• Assisting in reconciliation of quantities and project billing statements.
• Ensuring completion of all assigned tasks and responsibilities within stipulated timelines as directed by the company.
• Following company procedures, project requirements, and billing standards.
