Job summary

You will coordinate with site teams, prepare MIS reports, review rate analyses, and ensure compliance with contractual provisions while supporting project close-out activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent the client at site and manage PMC oversight of all project billing activities, including review, certification, and approval of contractor RA and final bills.
• Ensure accurate measurement and verification of quantities executed at site as per approved drawings, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor contractor billing progress and ensure timely processing of invoices and payment recommendations.
• Review and validate rate analyses, variation orders, extra items, and change requests.
• Oversee quantity reconciliation for civil, structural, and infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders for billing-related matters.
• Prepare and review material reconciliation statements and consumption reports.
• Monitor project costs and support budget tracking and cost-control initiatives.
• Maintain records of certified quantities, bills, claims, and contractual correspondences.
• Evaluate contractor claims and provide recommendations in accordance with contractual provisions.
• Develop periodic commercial and billing MIS reports for project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, contractual obligations, and audit requirements.
• Support project close-out activities, including final account settlement and contract closure.
