Vishal Builders is hiring an experienced Billing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building construction, industrial projects, and government infrastructure works, with a strong grasp of billing, quantity estimation, contract management, and compliance.

The role includes preparing and processing client and subcontractor bills, verifying site measurements, and ensuring CPWD/PWD specifications compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in billing for government infrastructure, industrial, or building construction projects.
• Experience in CPWD projects and CPWD norms.
• Ability to read and verify civil drawings and quantity calculations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client bills, subcontractor bills, RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliations as per contract requirements.
• Verify site measurements and quantities from drawings, BOQs, and executed work.
• Ensure billing compliance with CPWD/PWD specifications, contract conditions, work orders, and project guidelines.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Planning Teams, Project Managers, and Accounts Departments for approvals and billing clarifications.
• Maintain accurate billing records, supporting documents, and audit-ready documentation.
• Assist in budget monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and project cost tracking.
• Monitor material consumption and work progress for quantity reconciliation and billing verification.

About the Role-

Vishal Builders is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building construction, industrial projects, and government infrastructure works, with a strong understanding of billing processes, quantity estimation, contract management, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities-

• Prepare and process client bills, subcontractor bills, RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements as per contract requirements.
• Verify site measurements and quantities from drawings, BOQs, and executed work.
• Ensure billing compliance with CPWD/PWD specifications, contract conditions, work orders, and project guidelines.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Planning Teams, Project Managers, and Accounts Departments for approvals and billing clarifications.
• Maintain accurate billing records, supporting documents, and audit-ready documentation.
• Assist in budget monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and project cost tracking.
• Knowledge of DSR, BOQ, and experience in CPWD projects
• Monitor material consumption and work progress for quantity reconciliation and billing verification.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of CPWD norms, PWD specifications, BOQs, and contract clauses
• Ability to read, interpret, and verify civil drawings and quantity calculations.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Qualifications-

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in billing for government infrastructure, industrial, or building construction projects
