Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4-5 years of experience in billing for residential construction projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• BOQ knowledge and quantity take-off.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
• Measure quantities as per drawings and site progress.
• Prepare RA bills, final bills, and billing reports.
• Maintain billing records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the site, planning, and accounts teams for billing and payment processing.
• Track work progress against BOQ and work orders.
• Assist in preparing quantity variations and extra item statements.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on approvals.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.

• Prepare RA bills, final bills, and billing reports.
