Job summary

Moolchand Healthcare in New Delhi is seeking a Billing Conversion & Call Centre Executive to handle patient calls, address billing queries, and drive lead conversion while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

You will coordinate with Billing, Front Office, Clinical, and Business Development teams, maintain CRM records, and work toward revenue and conversion targets in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in hospital billing, call centre, telecalling, inside sales, or healthcare customer service.
• Healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong follow-up, convincing, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, billing, packages, procedures, and hospital services.
• Explain estimates, packages, billing processes, and payment-related information to patients.
• Convert enquiries into appointments, admissions, procedures, and other healthcare services.
• Follow up with patients for pending payments, estimates, and scheduled procedures.

• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/system details.
• Achieve assigned conversion, follow-up, and revenue targets.
