The Billing Associate–Client Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, resolving client billing inquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, client-facing experience, and a deep understanding of billing systems and financial workflows.

This is a hands‑on senior associate role for someone who enjoys the complete billing cycle, including invoice generation, validation, and distribution—especially within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

What You’ll Do

Billing Operations

• Generate and process invoices accurately and on time
• Release invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing, contracts, and tax compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for client billing queries and dispute resolution
• Resolve WIP issues, invoice corrections, and re-billings.

What You Bring
