Job summary

Weaver in India is seeking a Billing Supervisor - Client Services to lead the India-based billing team supporting US operations. You will own end-to-end invoicing, ensure SLA adherence, and drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

You will mentor Billing Analysts, resolve escalations, manage WIP/AR, and collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to minimize revenue leakage and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of billing experience in professional services.
• Strong MS Dynamics 365 F&O billing experience; Project Operations preferred.
• Proven team leadership with US stakeholder exposure.
• CA / CMA / ICWA qualification or progress toward certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end billing process for US-based professional services engagements.
• Review and release invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific billing terms, engagement structures, and contractual requirements.
• Review billing exception reports and secure approvals/documentation.
• Resolve WIP issues, invoice corrections, and re-billings.
• Track realization, gross margin, bill rates, write-ups, and write-downs.
• Partner with engagement teams for WIP and AR management.
• Lead and develop Billing Analysts in India.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue leakage and billing errors.

This roleownsto ensure seamless execution of invoicing process, adherence to SLAs, and continuous process improvements. Billing Operations

What You Bring

• 3–5+years ofbilling experience in professional services.
• StrongMSDynamics 365 F&O billing experience& preferred Project operations experience
• Team leadership and US stakeholder exposure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global delivery center, captive, or shared services environment.
• Prior experience supporting US CPA firms, consulting firms, or Big 4 / large professional services organizations.
• CA / CMA / ICWA qualification or progress toward certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail with acontrol-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Process improvement and SOP documentation experience.
• Comfortable working independently with accountability.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed, global organization.
