Job summary

Weaver is seeking an experienced Billing Operations professional in Hyderabad to own end-to-end invoicing for US-based engagements. You will release invoices in Dynamics 365 F&O, ensure data accuracy, and resolve billing queries and disputes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in professional services billing with strong Dynamics 365 F&O experience and a meticulous, process-driven approach. Collaboration with the Billing lead and global teams is essential.

• Strong MS Dynamics 365 F&O billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end billing process for US-based professional services engagements.

What You’ll Do

Billing Operations

• Own the end-to-end billing process for US-based professional services engagements.
• Release invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing, contracts, and tax compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for client billing queries and dispute resolution
• Resolve WIP issues, invoice corrections, and re-billings.

Financial Review & Insights

• Track realization, gross margin, bill rates, write-ups, and write-downs.
• Partner with engagement teams for WIP and AR management.

Systems & Process Excellence

• Own Dynamics 365 F&O billing workflows and controls.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Billing lead and manager

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of billing experience in professional services.
• Strong MS Dynamics 365 F&O billing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global delivery center, captive, or shared services environment.
• Prior experience supporting US CPA firms, consulting firms, or Big 4 / large professional services organizations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
