The candidate will handle GeM and government tender processes, prepare costings, and support growth through successful bid submissions. This position focuses on public sector procurement and tender regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GeM Portal operations experience.
• Experience with Government Tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
• Ability to identify tender opportunities from GeM, CPPP, and other government portals.
• Knowledge of bid documentation, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and tender submission processes.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders for technical, commercial, and legal documentation.
• Experience in preparing bid responses, costing, and proposal submissions.

• Ability to identify tender opportunities from GeM, CPPP, and other government procurement portals.
• Knowledge of bid documentation, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and tender submission processes.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders for technical, commercial, and legal documentation.
• Experience in preparing bid responses, costing, and proposal submissions.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and tender regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in bid management, tendering, or proposal management.
• Proven experience in successfully handling GeM bids and government tenders.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Experience in the IT Services and Consulting industry will be preferred.
