Job summary

InnovationM is seeking a senior Bid Manager to own end-to-end RFP/RFI/bid responses for IT services. You will coordinate inputs across leadership, sales, delivery, legal, and finance to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions.

You will also maintain reusable content and templates to accelerate bids and analyze results to improve win rates. The role requires 7+ years in bid management or proposal writing, with strong exposure to government tenders and platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and

• 7+ years of experience in bid management, pre-sales, or proposal writing for IT services.

Job description

• End-to-end ownership of RFP/RFI/bid response process – including understanding
• Requirements, creating response strategy, coordinating inputs, and ensuring final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to
• Gather necessary information and ensure alignment with compliance and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain a repository of reusable content, case studies, certifications, and templates to accelerate the bid process.
• Track and analyze bid results to continuously improve the response quality and success rate.
• Ensure all submissions meet format, technical, legal, and procedural compliance as specified by issuing authorities.
• Engage with public procurement platforms (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals) and large enterprise procurement teams.
• Participate in bid/no-bid decisions by assessing scope, risks, eligibility, and strategic alignment.

Requirements-

• Only IT service based experience candidates are required.
• 7+ years of experience in bid management, pre-sales, or proposal writing for IT services.
• Prior experience responding to Indian government tenders, RFPs, or global enterprise RFIs is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and documentation norms.
• Exceptional written communication, documentation, and formatting skills.
• Strong coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with platforms like GeM, CPPP, and eProcurement systems is a plus.
