Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in India seeks an HR professional specializing in employee relations to drive engagement, retention, and a compliant work environment. You will partner with leadership to address grievances and oversee leave and attendance processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in employee relations, a strong grasp of labor laws and POSH guidelines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across teams.
