Job summary

The Career Vista in India is seeking a solid Recruiter who can lead a team of 4-5 recruiters and achieve personal targets in bulk hiring. This role concentrates on BFSI clients and bulk IT staffing, requiring hands-on execution as well as leadership.

You will drive sourcing strategies, mentor junior recruiters, and partner with hiring managers to close high-volume positions efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong communication and a track record of meeting recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a recruitment team in bulk hiring.
• Strong ability to meet personal recruitment targets in high-volume roles.
