Key Responsibilities

• Experience marketing consultants for Life Sciences and Non-IT roles
• Market bench consultants with H1B status to vendors and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
• Negotiate rates and coordinate interview processes
• Submit consultants to relevant requirements and follow up regularly
• Maintain an updated database of consultants and open requirements
• Manage multiple requirements and submissions simultaneously
• Handle the full-cycle bench sales process
