Job summary

LanceSoft Inc. in Hyderabad invites an experienced US Recruiter to join our bench sales team. You will source and screen candidates for the US market, coordinate interviews and manage client requirements during the recruitment lifecycle.

This role offers an excellent salary package with incentives and medical benefits, plus cab for female employees and petrol allowance for男性 up to 25 km. Night shift is from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs from job descriptions and source candidates accordingly.
• Identify and search professionals in US market from various sources.
• Screen, evaluate and recruit candidates through structured process.
• Shortlist and interview candidates per job requirements.
• Coordinate with Account Managers/Team Leads for urgent requirements.
• Update Resourcing System regularly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the Client’s need through the job description provided and sourcing candidates through job portals and other social websites accordingly
• Identify and Search Professionals in the US Market through different Sources
• Sourcing, screening, and evaluating and recruiting candidates through a structured recruitment process
• Shortlist and Interview candidates according to the Job requirement
• Take care of Clients Requirements and place Software professionals
• Negotiate on Salary aspects and close the position
• Assist Account Manager (s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements
• Update the Resourcing Application System routinely
