Responsibilities

• Submit consultant profiles to Prime / Tier 1 Vendors.
• Market bench consultants on various job portals.
• Coordinate with consultants to understand skills and requirements.
• Develop Tier 1/Prime vendor network for quick placements.
• Update about screenings, interviews, and feedback.
• Negotiate rates and confirm before submission.
• Handle post-interview follow-ups.

Skills

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of US Staffing and Bench Sales

Experience with Tier 1/Prime vendors

Good understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)

Knowledge of visa classification terms (H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD)

• Experience with Tier 1/Prime vendors

• Knowledge of visa classification terms, rules & policies: H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD
• Results-oriented self-starter capable of meeting deadlines
