Sundaram Home Finance Limited is hiring a Business Development Officer/Associate to manage the complete loan application process from customer identification to disbursement, and to handle post-disbursement clarifications if any.

You will support branch growth, meet individual revenue targets, build networks, and ensure high-quality customer documentation, across PAN India, with emphasis on local language communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in selling home loan or related products.
• Experience in home loan/construction finance preferred.
• Graduation in any discipline is required.

• Sound understanding of home loan products
• Market understanding including products/policies of competitors
• Excellent communication skills with a reasonable proficiency in the local language
