Job summary

SNITCH in Bengaluru is seeking a professional to support the Retail Expansion team. This role involves managing expansion data, maintaining project trackers, and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure documentation and reporting for store expansions are timely and accurate.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Business Administration and 1–4 years of experience in project support, strong skills in MS Excel and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job description

Support the Retail Expansion team by managing expansion data, maintaining project trackers, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting for store expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update site acquisition, lease, and store opening trackers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Finance, Operations, and Design teams for project progress and approvals.
• Manage and organize expansion-related documents, including site proposals, LOIs, lease agreements, and approvals.
• Track project timelines and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely store launches.
• Schedule meetings, record MOMs, and support management reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in MIS, coordination, administration, or project support.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
