Job summary

Max is seeking a leader to drive profitable expansion of Max Stores in the Pune region. You will evaluate new properties, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare business proposals with Finance for PFR/IRR analyses. You will liaise with IT, Legal, and franchisees to ensure fit-outs meet standards and compliance.

Your role includes analyzing store performance, updating MIS, and coordinating regional reviews to drive growth and adherence to budgets.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Profitable Expansion of Max Stores in the region (CICO/FICO/FIFO)

• Generate / validate leads and evaluate new store opportunities in various locations and crucially examine new properties along with RM / AM and RPM
• Jointly Conduct feasibility study related to Suitability of the Building, Business and Financial sustainability and growth with all TH/TOM/AM
• Prepare the New Store business proposal note, coordinate with Finance Team in preparation and validation of PFR / IRR working, Cluster Analysis and Market Feasibility
• Liaison with Project & Group IT team and developer/franchisee for store Fit out execution
• Liaison with Corporate Legal Team and the developer/franchisee on title due diligence and conclusion of agreement.
• Ensure completion of New Store Related Documentation & Statutory Compliance
• MIS: Update in Wooqer Platform: New Store Proposal report, follow up with stake holders for completion, review MIS
• Analyze New Store Business Performance (Daily/Weekly dales report, STR and Stock cover report) with reference to PFR & Review with VP-Retail Ops / National Head Retail Ops for suitable intervention
• Review Store analysis KPI report, business activity trackers and store P&L and participate in Regional MBR to understand and support specific actions
