Job summary

Goldwind in Delhi, India is seeking a seasoned wind energy professional to lead business development, market analysis, and end-to-end bid coordination across engineering, commercial and regional teams.

You will gather project info, analyze trends and policy changes, manage stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and drive execution of annual sales plans with a focus on timely receivables and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years of wind energy experience in India OEM or developer.
• Familiar with India wind power terms, local tax and financial requirements; strong market judgment, business development & data analysis.
• Able to handle pressure; strong negotiation skills and professional client interactions.
• Hindi and English as working languages.

Responsibilities

• Collect information on wind power projects and developers.
• Regularly analyze market trends and policy changes, and submit trend reports.
• Collect information on domestic competitors and Chinese competitors' market movements and pricing information.
• Maintain and update the stakeholder database and communication logs.
• Manage and supervise the initiation and follow-up of technical and commercial workflows, ensuring effective collaboration across functional teams.
• Lead the wind project bidding process, coordinating the team to prepare necessary documents and presentations.
• Handle contract negotiations, ensuring the terms align with company interests.
• Follow up on accounts receivable for existing and future projects, ensuring timely payment.
• Assist the regional manager in developing annual sales plans and implementing detailed execution strategies.

2. At least 5 years of experience in the wind energy in India OEM or developer, familiar with the rules and procedures for project development in India.;

3. Familiar with commercial terms related to India's wind power industry and with basic local tax and financial requirements; possess market judgment, business development skills, and data analysis capabilities. And with market judgment, business development, and data analysis skills.

4. Able to work well under pressure and possess strong business negotiation skills and professionalism in client interactions.

5. Hindi and English can be used as a working language.
