Job summary

Brik Oven in India is seeking a motivated fresher or candidates with 1-2 years in food production to join its fruit juice fermentation team. You will assist in fermentation processes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure tanks are ready when needed.

The role involves feeding raw materials to vats, extracting juice, and handling packing, labeling, storage, and dispatch of juice concentrate. Reading and writing simple English are required; education minimum is 10th/12th.

Qualifications

• Education: 10th or 12th pass, able to read and write simple English.
• Fresher or 1-2 years in food production.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in Fermented juice production.
• Keep the work place clean and hygienic all the time.
• Ensure that the fermentation tanks available when required.
• Feed fermentation raw materials to Vats as per schedule and extract juice.
• Packing and labeling of of Juice concentrate.
• Storage and dispatch of packed Juice concentrate.
