Job summary

Atharv Consultants in Chennai is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily seed unloading, cleaning, and preparatory sections, with a focus on cost reduction, quality improvement, and systems enhancement.

You will maintain production logs, batch records, and shift reports while coordinating with the production team to optimize plant operations. Candidates with a background in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering and experience in soya extraction are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Sc in Food Technology, Chemical Eng., or related field.
• Experience in a soya extraction plant (seed unloading, preparatory, SEP & DOC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee seed unloading, cleaning, and preparatory operations with focus on cost reduction and quality improvements.
