Job summary

Salisons is hiring for a Quality Assurance/Control role in beverage manufacturing. The candidate will supervise production hygiene, maintain quality records, and ensure GMP/GHP compliance across the facility.

Strong documentation and problem‑solving skills are essential to support quality standards from incoming materials through finished goods. Experience in food manufacturing is preferred; the role involves training production staff, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of processes

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare syrups/batches for beverage production.
• Conduct quality checks, analyze and document materials inbound/outbound.
• Monitor quality during production and for finished material.
• Ensure product and facility quality standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain quality control and assurance records.
• Oversee personal/hygiene and housekeeping supervision.
• Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation for deviations.
• Train and monitor production staff to GMP/GHP compliance.
• Perform QC/QA activities per company policies and standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory compliances and ensure adherence.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of Syrup / Batches for Beverage Production
• Quality Checks, Analysis, and Documentation of Incoming and Outgoing Material
• Quality monitoring and verification during production process & finished material
• Assurance of Quality Standards of Products as well as the Facility as a whole
• Preparation and Maintenance of various documents and records related to Quality control and assurance processes performed
• Personal hygiene and factory hygiene supervision as well as supervising the housekeeping team
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action & Preventive Action implementation in cases of deviations identified
• Training and monitioring of Production Executives and Personnel involved in the production and ensure adherence to GMP, GHP
• Performing various Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities across the facility according to the Quality Policies & Standards of the company.
• Be up to date on all Regulatory Compliances and ensure that they are followed by the company.
