• Day-to-day production activities
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, finished goods and equipment maintenance records
• Support operation and preventive maintenance of fermenters, formulation and bottle/pouch packing lines
• Data collection, recording and submission for analysis and rectification
• Monitor process controls as per standardised schedule
• Perform CIP, SIP, media sterilization and uphold hygiene practices at the unit
• Maintain records of breakdowns, troubleshoot and document preventive actions

Job description

1. 1. To perform day-to-day production activities, maintain inventory of raw material, finished goods & maintenance of equipments.
2. 2. Supportive role in the operation and preventive maintainance of fermenters, formulation & bottle /pouch packing.
3. 3. Data collection, recording & submision for analysis & rectification if any.
4. 4. Monitor process controls as per the (standardised ) scheduled time & frequency.
5. 5. Conduct CIP , SIP , Media sterilization and implement hygiene practices at the unit.
