Job summary

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / BSc are required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in API/Pharma/Chemical manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of GMP, EHS, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Glass Line Reactors, Stainless Steel Reactors, centrifuges, dryers and other production equipment as per SOP.
• Execute batch manufacturing activities as per BMR and production instructions.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, pH and reaction time.
• Handle charging, material transfer, filtration, drying and packing activities safely.
• Maintain proper production records and batch documentation.
• Follow GMP, EHS, SOP and safety requirements at all times.
• Report process abnormalities, equipment issues and deviations to the Shift In-charge.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions in the production area.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and EHS for smooth batch execution.
