Job summary

Della Group is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead bartenders, manage beverage preparation, monitor inventory, and uphold hygiene and responsible alcohol service standards, reporting to the Director of F&B. A diploma/degree in mixology or hospitality is preferred, with 4–6 years in bar ops and 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mixology or hospitality management preferred.
• 4–6 years of bar operations experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and mixology.
• Excellent leadership and guest-handling skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and bar inventory controls.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the bar and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
• Train, guide, and motivate bartenders to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and professionally handle guest feedback.
• Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, requisitions, and minimize beverage wastage.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Promote upselling of premium spirits, wines, cocktails, and signature beverages.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment, and presentation at all times.
• Prepare daily stock reports, consumption records, and bar requisitions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager.

Job Expectations:

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, mixology, and bar inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and bar inventory controls.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Mixology or Hospitality Management preferred.

Minimum Job Experience:

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in bar operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
