Job summary

Della Group in Lonavala is seeking an experienced Executive/Senior Captain to ensure smooth daily operations of our Specialty Restaurant and deliver luxury guest service in line with Pan Asian dining standards.

You will supervise associates, coordinate with kitchen, promote upselling, and maintain hygiene and ambience at all times. 3–5 years in F&B service with at least 1 year in a senior role is expected; graduates in hotel management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.
• Experience in an Executive or Senior Captain role preferred.

• Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
• Promote upselling and suggestive selling to maximize restaurant revenue.
• Maintain operational records, inventory, and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Job Expectations:

• Mandatory experience in a Specialty Restaurant; candidates with experience in Pan Asian, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, or other Asian fine dining restaurants will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest handling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
• Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.

Minimum Job Experience:
