Job summary

Della Group is seeking a passionate Female Mixologist to join its ultra‑luxury hospitality team in Lonavala. The role emphasizes crafting premium cocktails and mocktails, delivering personalized guest experiences, and upholding the highest beverage quality standards.

The ideal candidate will create signature beverages, engage with guests to understand preferences, maintain bar cleanliness, and contribute to an innovative bar program. 2–5 years’ luxury hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, WSET, BarSmarts, or equivalent beverage certifications.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel or five‑star resort.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Create innovative signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus aligned with the resort's luxury standards.
• Engage with guests professionally, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable beverages.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of every drink served.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the Bar Manager for stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of beverages and bar ingredients.
• Maintain knowledge of premium spirits, wines, liqueurs, craft cocktails, and current beverage trends.
• Promote and upsell premium beverages and bar experiences to maximize revenue.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, if required.
