Qualifikationen

• Recommend suitable coffee or beverages based on customers' preferences and introduce them to different types of coffee when appropriate.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation at the coffee station.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies are properly stocked.
• Work efficiently as part of a team, especially during busy service periods.
