Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Up to 5.80 LPA.
• Monthly take-home: Up to 39,000, depending on the salary structure (30% hike on last drawn).
• Variable incentives: Up to 3,500, subject to performance and applicable criteria.
• Working days: 5 days a week.
• Week offs: Rotational.
• Night transportation: Cab facility or 4,000 allowance, as per company policy.
