Candidates must have at least 1 year of international voice process experience and strong English/Hindi communication skills. This position offers a 5-day workweek with international rotational shifts and a 2-way cab facility as per policy.

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer-handling, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international banking customers.
• Assist customers with banking queries, account-related concerns, transactions, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and procedures.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally within the defined turnaround time.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Update customer information and interaction details accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department whenever required.
• Follow banking policies, compliance guidelines, and data confidentiality standards.
