PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Background Verification Analyst for an on-site role in Baner, Pune. The position runs in the India night shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am) with work mode on-site Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in document verification.

• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Review and verify potential candidates' documents and pass it for the next process.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer issue resolution.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
