Leadup Universe is seeking a Manager – Operations to lead the Coaching & Mentoring Experience across XLRI, IIMU, IITK, and IIMC. You will shape learner journeys, drive engagement through mentoring programs, and monitor NPS-based metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in program operations or edtech, with strong project and stakeholder management skills and a track record of coordinating across multiple institutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program operations, edtech, learning & development, or executive education.
• Proven experience managing high-stakes academic or leadership development programs.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and institutions.
• Clear, compelling communicator – able to synthesize insights and craft professional reports.
• Strong comfort with digital tools, engagement platforms, and collaborative work models.

Responsibilities

• Coaching & Mentoring Experience Management: implement high-touch coaching and mentoring across campuses.
• Stakeholder Onboarding & Relationship Management: onboard and manage facilitators, faculty, and organizations for sessions and capstone projects.
• Program Intelligence & Communication: create reports communicating metrics, anecdotes, trends, and actions.
• Faculty & Content Support: coordinate with faculty to co-develop B2B content and delivery support.
• Engagement through Communication: drive email and WhatsApp-based communication to maximize engagement.
• Relationship Management: strengthen ties with partner universities and align calendars and events.
• Proposal Development: build structured proposals for institutional and corporate engagement.

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and execution-focused Manager – Operations to lead the Coaching & Mentoring Experience for our high-impact learning cohorts across four top-tier academic institutions – XLRI, IIMU, IITK, and IIMC. This role is pivotal in shaping learner journeys, enabling top-tier engagement through mentorships, capstones, and live sessions, and driving NPS-based experience metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching & Mentoring Experience Management
  • Implement a high-touch coaching and mentoring experience for students across campuses.
  • Set up scalable systems and feedback loops to track NPS and engagement metrics.
  • Monitor learner satisfaction and refine operational processes continuously.
• Stakeholder Onboarding & Relationship Management
  • Onboard and manage a curated pool of industry leaders, facilitators, faculty, and organizations for sessions, mentoring, webinars, and capstone projects.
  • Build long-term relationships with thought leaders and institutions.
• Program Intelligence & Communication
  • Create intelligent, insight-rich reports that communicate key metrics, anecdotes, trends, and action items from ongoing programs.
  • Serve as the nerve center for program health visibility.
• Faculty & Content Support
  • Coordinate with faculty to co-develop B2B content and delivery support.
  • Ensure faculty have the tools, insights, and materials to deliver transformational experiences.
• Engagement through Communication
  • Drive effective email and WhatsApp-based communication strategies to maximize learner engagement and participation.
  • Maintain high responsiveness and clarity in communication.
• Relationship Management
  • Strengthen ties with partner universities and academic institutions.
  • Coordinate with university teams to align on calendars, priorities, and co-branded events.
• Proposal Development
  • Build structured proposals for institutional and corporate engagement.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop decks and documentation for new initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in program operations, edtech, learning & development, or executive education.
• Proven experience managing high-stakes academic or leadership development programs.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and institutions.
• Clear, compelling communicator – able to synthesize insights and craft professional reports.
• Strong comfort with digital tools, engagement platforms, and collaborative work models.
