Job summary

Ashoka University invites applications for the role of Manager (Program Operations) for High School Programs, based at Ashoka University Campus, Sonipat. You will oversee end-to-end execution of online and offline programs, coordinate with admissions, student life, operations and faculty to ensure exceptional program delivery and student experience.

• Minimum 5 years with premier organisations.
• Preference for Ashoka/YIF/YSP/Ashoka Horizons graduates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of online and offline programs with high quality delivery.
• Coordinate with admissions, student life, operations, facilities and finance to ensure a seamless experience.
• Shortlist, train and manage a large team of program counsellors for summer programs.
• Develop and manage the tech platform for course delivery; train faculty and TAs.
• Hire and nurture program coordinators to support interventions and delivery.

Experience (in years): 6-10 years of rich administrative/operational experience in a leadingresidential school, University (India or global) or in the Edtech sector.

About the High School Programs:

Ashoka aims to leverage itsbrand, unique pedagogy, and best practices to build impactful programs for HighSchool Students -both offline and online certificate programs. These includethe Young Scholars Program (YSP), Ashoka Horizons, and many others.

• Ashoka Young Scholars Program(YSP), now inits ninth year, is already the most prestigious summer program for high schoolstudents in the country, attracting talented and motivated students to anenriching & immersive college experience, across its 5 programs in liberalarts, sciences, computer science, humanities and economics &entrepreneurship streams. The programme continues to expand at an exponentialrate with more high schoolers applying from across the country each year.
• Ashoka Horizons offers short-term, online,learning by doing (project-based learning), real-world and future-forwardprogrammes to high schoolers across the country and abroad. Ashoka Horizonscourses are specially designed for curious & motivated high schoolers,providing a deeper exploration of specific subjects, 21st century skills andother non-academic areas of interest. Ashoka Horizons are better prepared forcollege decisions, college applications and life beyond. Ashoka Horizons waslaunched in 2020 and has been growing exponentially since.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This person is responsible for the end-to-end execution of our rich portfolio of online and offline programs with the objectives of delivering the highest standards of program experienceand exceeding student/parent expectations.

The role comes with thefollowing responsibilities:

• Owning the applicationto enrolment conversion targets and real-time reporting on pipelinenumbers, as well as ensuring high parent and student satisfaction scores acrossall programmes
• Managing and resolving tosatisfaction school, student and parent queries across online and offlineplatforms- email, WhatsApp, in-person (on campus), mobile, etc.
• Working collaborativelywith the High School Programs Marketing & Program Development teams toensure successful & timely programme execution
• Working collaborativelywith admissions, student life, operations, facilities, finance, security teamsto ensure a seamless student experience pre-programme and on-ground
• Shortlisting, training andmanaging a large team of High School Program Counsellors for the summerprograms
• Developing and managingthe tech platform for course delivery; training faculty & teachingassistants to ensure course development & delivery
• Hiring, nurturing andgrowing a team of program coordinators

Qualifications:

• Past experience (06-10+years exp, full-time or project-based) in similar roles with a leading Indianor global University, select residential schools or with reputed online/on-premises courses targeted at high school students.
• Minimum 05 years of experience with premierorganisations
• Preference would be given to graduates of Ashoka/ YIF/ YSP/ AshokaHorizons

Skills Required:

• Strong operational skills, ability to managemultiple stakeholders & project tracks accurately, on time and of thehighest quality.
• Target and result-driven individual, with anexceptional attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Strong organisational skills and process orientation
• Excellent Excel, Data Analysis, PowerPoint and Reporting skills
• Experience & comfort with Edtech platforms (Google Classroom, EdXetc.), learning journeys & work automation modules. Tech productdevelopment & management skills would be preferred.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and work effectively acrossdifferent internal & external stakeholders
