Masters’ Union is seeking a proactive Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of the Content Creator Challenge, guiding ~300 undergraduate students in building a professional social media presence.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute all operations, including curriculum sequencing, facilitator management and student evaluation. Strong process design and cross-functional coordination are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the program to ensure sessions run smoothly.
• Maintain the master program calendar and coordinate venues, logistics and on-ground execution.
• Build and refine workflows for stage-wise program activities from launch to showcase.
• Identify, onboard and brief external facilitators including industry practitioners and subject-matter experts.
• Act as the operational link between students, faculty, leadership, mentors and guest speakers.
• Manage external vendors and partners to support logistics and events.
• Plan session flow and progression to ensure learning outcomes evolve across the program.
• Own the grading framework from rubrics to final assessments and tracking.
• Maintain real-time databases to track participation, engagement and progress.

About the Role

At the Master's Union, we believe in "learning by doing" and that's exactly what you will be facilitating. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of the Content Creator Challenge - an experiential program guiding approximately 300 undergraduate students in building a professional presence across social media.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all program operations, alongside curriculum sequencing, facilitator management and student evaluation. The ideal candidate excels at process design, cross-functional coordination, and operational problem-solving in fast-moving startup environments, and brings working knowledge of content creation and social media to inform program decisions.

Specifically, this role will involve

• Overseeing the daily operations of the program ensuring every session runs without a hitch.
• Building and maintaining the master program calendar, ensuring alignment with the broader academic schedule and coordinating venues, logistics and on-ground execution.
• Building and refining workflows to manage stage-wise program activities, from initial launch to final showcase.
• Identifying, onboarding and briefing external facilitators - including industry practitioners, creators and subject-matter experts.
• Acting as the primary operational link between students, faculty, institutional leadership, industry mentors and guest speakers to ensure seamless delivery of program content.
• Managing external vendors and partners to support program logistics and event execution.
• Planning session flow and progression, ensuring a logical build of learning outcomes across the program duration.
• Owning the grading framework end to end - rubric design, submission tracking, marks administration, checkpoint reviews and final assessments.
• Maintaining real-time databases to track participation, engagement metrics and student progress.
