Newtronic Lifecare Equipment in India is seeking a B2B Collection Officer / Recovery Officer for field duties to ensure timely payment collections across the assigned territory. Key tasks include following up on aging invoices, visiting client offices for payment collection and coordination, and ensuring accurate invoice booking, GRN completion, and reconciliation with accounts.

Formación

• Minimum 12 years experience in B2B Collection / Recovery / Accounts Receivable.
• Graduate preferred (Commerce background advantage).
• Good communication and negotiation skills; willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on outstanding invoices as per aging report.
• Visit client offices for payment collection and coordination.
• Ensure invoice booking, GRN completion, and reconciliation.
• Handle debit/credit notes and TDS-related clarifications.
• Share daily/weekly collection updates with HO/Accounts team.
• Maintain proper records of commitments and collections.
• Escalate long-pending cases to reporting manager.
• Ensure adherence to company credit policy.

Job Description (JD)

The B2B Collection Officer will be responsible for timely recovery of outstanding payments from business clients within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding invoices as per the aging report
• Visit client offices for payment collection and coordination
• Ensure invoice booking, GRN completion, and reconciliation
• Handle debit/credit notes and TDS-related clarifications
• Share daily/weekly collection updates with HO/Accounts team.
• Maintain proper records of commitments and collections
• Escalate long-pending cases to reporting manager

Eligibility Criteria

Compensation & Benefits
