Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Pune invites applications for a Field Executive – Property Auction to onboard dealers and drive auction deals within your territory.

You will build a local network, conduct site visits, guide clients through bidding and documentation, and ensure pipeline accuracy to hit monthly onboarding and closing targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to travel daily. Prior real estate or B2B sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in field sales, ideally real estate, property brokerage, banking, or B2B sales.
• Comfort with daily travel within your city and meeting clients face-to-face.
• A track record of working toward and hitting sales targets.
• Your own two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Build your network: onboard property dealers, brokers, investors, and businesses in your territory who are interested in auction properties.
• Sell the listings: pitch default and resale properties to clients, take them on site visits, and guide them to a closed deal.
• Manage the full process: coordinate with clients from first meeting through bidding, documentation, and final auction, ensuring nothing slips.
• Grow channel partners: maintain strong, repeat relationships with dealers and partners for future auctions.

Span - B2B Sales | Field Role

As a Field Executive, you'll build a network of property dealers, brokers, and business buyers in your city, get them onboarded onto our platform, and help them close deals on auction listings. It's a field-heavy, target-driven B2B sales role: you'll spend most of your day meeting people and driving the revenue.

What You'll Do -

• Build your network: Find and onboard property dealers, brokers, investors, and businesses in your territory who are interested in auction properties
• Sell the listings: Pitch default and resale properties to your clients, take them on site visits, and guide them through to a closed deal
• Manage the full process: Coordinate with clients from the first meeting through bidding, documentation, and final auction, making sure nothing slips
• Grow channel partners: Keep strong, repeat relationships with dealers and partners so they come back for future auctions
• Own your numbers: Hit monthly targets for onboarding and deal closures, and keep your pipeline updated
