Sales Support Executive / Manager – Auction Property Sales

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced person from the auction property field to handle office-based sales support at FindAuction.in.

The role includes banker coordination, inspection scheduling, key collection follow-up, client coordination, field team support, and auction process support.

Candidates with previous field experience in auction properties and good banker contacts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with bankers for inspection scheduling.
• Schedule property visits for interested clients.
• Follow up for key availability, inspection dates, branch visit and document viewing.
• Coordinate with clients and field team for property visits.
• Support the team in EMD submission, bid submission and auction process.
• Maintain daily status of inspection requests, client visits and pending follow-ups.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with bankers.
• Share accurate property and auction process information with clients.
• Report important updates and client interest to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in auction property field work or sales support.
• Good knowledge of bank auction property process.
• Experience in banker coordination, inspection scheduling, key collection or client visit coordination preferred.
• Good communication skills for calls and WhatsApp follow-up.
• Should be organized and able to maintain daily follow-up status.
• Good banker contacts will be preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable working from office in Mumbai.
