Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Marketing Analytics professional to design data-driven strategies for banking product campaigns and optimize ROI using AI/ML techniques. The role emphasizes audience development and translating client needs into actionable data solutions.

You will build and maintain Tableau dashboards, perform SAS-based analyses, and present insights through compelling PowerPoint reports to non-technical stakeholders.

• Perform segmentation using decision trees and clustering techniques.
• Execute statistical A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and deliver data-backed solutions.
• Prepare and present findings through impactful PowerPoint presentations and ad hoc reports.
